How long does my order take to ship?

I aim to ship items within 3-5 business days but this might be affected by things like weather or upcoming shows I will be at in person. If I see that it’s going to be longer than 5 business days to ship your purchase I will contact you.

How much is the shipping cost?

I am offering flat rate shipping based on standard sizes for my original art and handmade knits/crocheted items. The prices are as follows:

Small boxes: for items less than 15” on the longest side and no more than 3” in height the flat rate is $8

Medium boxes: for items between 15” to 20” on the longest side and no more than 4” in height the flat rate is $11

Large boxes: for items larger than 20” on the longest side and no more than 5” in height the flat rate is $20

Why is there an additional cost added to the shipping price?

I add a 1% additional handling cost to all shipping due to the cost of the actual shipping materials (boxes, bubble wrap, protective paper for artwork, insulation to protect artwork from damage, etc.). I do my best to ensure that all items shipped to you are protected from any possible damage along the way.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time I am unable to ship outside the United States. Unfortunately, there are many postage rules and regulations that vary by country, which makes it difficult for small businesses to ship worldwide. I cannot ship to Europe because they require a VAT ID (for customs purposes), and it is hard for small businesses to obtain them. That said, I am so glad you are here supporting my art journey even if you cannot order from my shop.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the handmade nature of my art, knits, and crocheted items I will only offer refunds if a purchased item is damaged in shipping. If an item arrives to you damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. I will need to see pictures of the purchased item and the shipping container. I know mistakes happen during shipping so I am happy to either refund your purchase or send you a replacement for your purchase.
