Any original artwork purchased from Art by Shauna may not be reproduced as a photograph, print, or digital image without the written consent from the artist, Shauna Doyle. If written consent to reproduce the image is granted, a fee will be charged per print or in accordance to an agreement between the owner of the original artwork and the artist, Shauna Doyle.

Prints may not be reproduced, copied, shared electronically or used for any commercial purposes without the artist’s prior, express, permission and any applicable fee (as determined by the artist) being paid.

It is illegal to produce copies of any work which is copyrighted by Art by Shauna, and the artist reserves the right to request legal assistance to enforce any applicable laws should any breach of copyright be discovered.

Upon sending your order confirmation by email, this contract is then deemed to be in force and all applicable clauses and terms apply.
